Personal Care Services
Bywood East has nurses and nursing assistants available onsite 24/7 under the directions of a Registered Nurse as our Director of Nursing and other management nurses. Our residents find our staff to be very caring and knowledgeable.
Our Boarding Care licensure means that we comply with Minnesota and Federal regulations, for which we are regularly surveyed by the Minnesota Department of Health. We are not a skilled nursing facility, so our residents must be able to care for themselves with support of one.
We do administer medications as ordered by the resident physician and some treatments. We serve 3 meals per day plus snacks supervised by our Nutrition Services Manager and oversight by a Registered Dietician. Rounding out the care, we have an onsite activities program for our residents and daily housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services.
